Sasha

Sasha is a college student who orders fast food very often so she needs her orders to be correct and delivered very punctually because leads a very busy lifestyle.

Rekha

Rekha is an immigrant and she works full time but she doesn't like eating out often, so she values her experience at the fast food restaurant because she likes the ambience and eating fresh hot food.

Goal Statements

Our HotSpot app will let users explore and review restaurants which will affect users who want to order in or have a good dining experience by letting users complete productive surveys.

We will measure effectiveness by number of times each user leaves a review

Hypothesis

With a review app that has ratings, categorized questions and easy adjectives, Rekha and Sasha can benefit by being able to review their selected category and do it quickly
